I've always had a deep passion for food, wine, and art. I am a self taught Gourmet Cook who has been cooking seriously for three decades.

I am very fond of bold spicy flavors so it's not hard to imagine that some of my favorite cusines revolve around the use of Chili Peppers, Thai, Mexican, Indian, and Cajun/Creole.

I have trained as a Graphic Artist since I graduated from high school in 1968. I attended Layton School of Art in Milwaukee, WI.
